1987

AAT3D is Incorporated

Applied Automation Technologies (AAT3D) incorporated to develop software for QC, Machining, and Automation.
Computer Aided Part Programing Software (CAPPS) was introduced as the first CAD based online measurement software for CMMs.

1991

CAPPS-NC Development

CAPPS software introduced to NC machine tools as CAPPS-NC on-machine measurement solution.

1994

Introduction of NCFIT

CAPPS-NC introduced as on-machine measurement software for a major aerospace manufacturer.
NCFIT Software introduced to Modify and Bestfit NC Programs

2000

Laser Point Cloud Interface

Laser point cloud interface development to enable CAPPS to work with large measurement data on all platforms.

2005

Remote Machine Interface (RMI) Development

After developing many controller interfaces for CMMs and NC, RMI is developed to provide universal interfaces for easy and clean machine to machine communication.

2012

NCFIT Adaptation

NCFIT applications for both modifying and best-fitting NC programs gained widespread recognition in the manufacturing industry. As a result, the NCFIT product quickly became a flagship solution for AAT3D, highly sought after for addressing manufacturing challenges.

2014

Laser Scanners Adaptation

Integrating Blue Light Laser Scanners directly into CNC machines enables real-time data collection and feature extraction, eliminating delays associated with external inspection processes. This ensures immediate feedback on the machined state, reducing scrap and improving overall efficiency
Shop Floor: Dataview & Feedback introduced to create a smart metrology database and provide a closed loop interface between various machines.
